Actively support and celebrate diversity in all its forms, recognizing the strength and enrichment it brings to our community.

Foster an inclusive environment where all individuals feel valued and their contributions are appreciated, regardless of their sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other differences.
Empowerment.
Valuing each person's unique qualities and committed to nurturing growth, ATOL leverages its resources and network to help everyone achieve their utmost potential.
Support for Each Letter's Rights.
Advocate for the rights of each letter's rights, trying to understand wants and of needs of each of them including the right to use facilities that align with their gender identity and the respectful use of their chosen pronouns.
Support for Parental Rights.
Uphold the right of LGBTQI+ individuals to have children, whether through adoption or biological means, and advocate for equal parental rights.
Anti-Discrimination Stance.
Oppose discrimination in all its forms, including but not limited to discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, race, nationality, age, and societal background.
Opposition to Violence and Hate.
Stand firmly against all forms of violence and hate speech, and work towards eradicating these from our community and society.
Promotion of Empathy, Acceptance, and Understanding.
Cultivate a culture of empathy, acceptance, and understanding, encouraging open dialogue and the sharing of experiences to foster deeper connections and mutual respect within the community.
Creation of Safe Spaces.
Ensure the availability of safe spaces where LGBTQI+ individuals and allies can express themselves freely and without fear of judgment or harm.
